  1. Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must be an Indian citizen.

Must not have been convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude.

Private security personnel must meet the prescribed standards for age, physical fitness, and background.

PAN Card of the company.

GST Registration.

Registration under Shops and Establishment Act.

ESI (Employee State Insurance) Registration.

PF (Provident Fund) Registration.

Affidavit as per the PSARA Act.

Police Verification: After the submission of the application, the government forwards the application for verification by the police department to check the antecedents of the company and its directors.

Training: Agencies are required to provide training to their security guards, ensuring that they meet the required standards of physical fitness and proficiency in their tasks. Some states mandate collaboration with training centers approved by the controlling authority.
